Ingredients

25ml/1fl oz pink lady apple juice
50ml/2fl oz apple vodka
20ml/1fl oz green apple flavoured Sourz, or similar sour apple liqueur(available from specialist drinks suppliers)

To garnish

slice of fresh apple

Method

Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a tall coupette glass and garnish with the apple slice.
