Broccoli and salmon bake

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 20g/¾oz butter
  • 20g/¾oz plain flour
  • 150ml/5fl oz milk
  • 50g/1¾oz parmesan, grated
  • 150g/5¼oz salmonsteak
  • 150g/5¼oz broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
  • 2 carrots, cut into batons and steamed
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
